When a user books a vendor they discovered through wedding.net, the vendor's own 'Refund & Cancellation' policy will apply to that specific booking. If this policy is not clearly communicated at the time of booking, we strongly recommend checking directly with the vendor to understand their terms before finalizing the booking.
Should you decide to cancel your premium listing, please inform us via email or our contact form. However, cancellations made after your listing goes live are not eligible for a refund.
