When a user books a vendor they discovered through wedding.net, the vendor's own 'Refund & Cancellation' policy will apply to that specific booking. If this policy is not clearly communicated at the time of booking, we strongly recommend checking directly with the vendor to understand their terms before finalizing the booking.

3. Cancellation Requests

Should you decide to cancel your premium listing, please inform us via email or our contact form. However, cancellations made after your listing goes live are not eligible for a refund.

4. Service Disruption

In the event of any technical difficulties or maintenance-led service disruptions, we aim to resolve these issues quickly. Please note that such disruptions do not entitle you to a refund or credit.
